Cooking
Prepare the batter: whisk egg with sugar, to this mass add sour cream + cocoa + baking powder + flour.
Pour the dough into a form that better split, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
While the cake is baked, dilute the gelatin in 2 tbsp of hot water. Curd beat with sour cream and sugar until smooth and enter the swollen gelatin.
I was left with two balls of red fruit jelly. Cut it into plates and washed sugar (not like when he crunches with a delicate cake) was dried in a napkin.
Get ready cake, leave to cool.
From the cooled cake cut out circles (put the glass and cut along the outline with a knife). I got 7 circles. Cut along each circle into 2 parts. Respectively obtained 14 pieces.
On each circle using a pastry syringe or bag put a lot of cottage cheese.
In the center put a plate of marmalade (since I was little, half were without marmalade).
And cover with the cheese mass completely.
Put our cakes in the cold to pour the cheese mass.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath (I think this process is clear to all). Chilled chocolate covered cakes and again put in cold until the chocolate hardens.
Here are the smiles. Where the marmalade, apparently, a smile crossed over in laughter :-D
ALL GOOD APPETITE AND GOOD MOOD!!!
