Ingredients

  • Squid

    200 g

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Onion

  • Sesame

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

Carrots grate on a grater for Korean salads or cut into strips... Add spices (black pepper.. red... curry... ginger.. Basil..) + sugar + sesame seed... leave to marinate for at least an hour

Squid boil no more than 5 minutes... cut into strips

Mix the squid with carrots... Crumble garlic

Mushrooms fry in vegetable oil with onions and garlic

Mushrooms with hot oil added to a salad... dressed with soy sauce to taste

Spread the salad portion... decorate with onion rings... the onion have to do this, pour over boiling water and sprinkle with lemon juice or vinegar... then obmaknut our rings in... paprika or sesame seeds... or the greens
