Cooking
Boil the rice, cook 2 eggs, finely chop the onion. In vegetable oil fry the chopped onion. Add to it the boiled rice, season with salt and pepper to taste.
When the mass of rice and onions will be well browned, put the 2 chopped eggs and a little put out.
In ready weight to drive 2 raw eggs, a little saute, stirring constantly, and bring to readiness. Cool.
There is a culinary trick. Before the squid in a pot with boiling water in a pot (1 squid requires 2 liters of water) put half a lemon and 2-3 bags of black tea. Cook the squid for 3-5 minutes.
Remove and cool the carcass, cut into strips with a thickness of 2-3 mm. Smaller chop up not worth it, otherwise it will lose its flavor and taste.
Combine ground rice with squid, mayonnaise. Sprinkle top with cheese, grated on a coarse grater, decorate with lemon wedges. Bon appetit!
