Chicken pot pie with cheese and bacon
The original chicken roll in bacon, suitable for both everyday meals and festive table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    700 g

  • Bacon

    8 slice

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Ham

    8 slice

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Greens

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

The necessary ingredients, I forgot to put foil and greens.

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces, like chopped beef for cutlets. Add salt and pepper to taste. (In the original recipe: Chicken fillet cut into small pieces, pepper, salt and give a little stand. )

Add grated on a coarse grater cheese, eggs, flour. (In the original recipe: coat Chicken in flour, then in beaten egg, sprinkle with grated cheese and spread.)

All mix well.

You can optionally add the greens. Hand was only dill.

Vystelim form foil.

Vystelim form strips of bacon so that an overhang is created. For my forms I use 12 bands.

Spread the filling of chicken.

For the filling put the ham. Then again the chicken, then ham and the last layer is the chicken.

Pour on top of sour cream.

Cover with foil.

Bake at 230° for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and cook in the oven for another 15 minutes.

The cake needs to cool, then put it overnight in the refrigerator in the baking pan. Serve it chilled or pre-heated in the microwave. In the morning - prepare Breakfast. Bon appetit!
