Garden blueberries in their own juice
Large blueberries. It differs from the forest. When it is collected, hands and mouth are not dirty. Berry sweet and white inside.

Ingredients shown for one 650 g banks. Berries placed in the jar a little less or a little more than 400 g. Berries are different in size. The berries are washed in a sieve under running water and let it drain.

In a clean, sterile jars laid out the blueberries.

The berries are not like in the woods. Not choke, not get dirty and not sour. Inside they are white.

Prepared the juice, washed the berries put in a saucepan, poured the same amount of sugar and shredded a hand blender. Drain the puree through a sieve and got sweet juice. Berries and sugar by weight one-to-one.

Tightly closed the lid.

Put the cans in a pan of warm water for sterilization. Boiled them for 15 minutes. Banks are not overturned. Put them on a big towel and covered it.

One jar of berries opened on trial. The skin has lost its original appearance, but inside the berries remained intact and tight. In the photo above I cut one berry. It was painted a dark color, as well as the juice. Berries in own juice we ate with cottage cheese and porridge.
