Cooking

Vegetables peel and coarsely chop. Then simmer in vegetable oil for 30 minutes.

Add the spices. Mix well.

Add vinegar, sugar and soy sauce and Kikkoman stir again.

Put on a small fire and cook for 1.5 hours without a lid stirring occasionally until thick.

Punch vegetable mass in a blender. Again bring to a boil, put in clean jars and cap.
