Ingredients

  • Physalis

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    1 kg

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    100 ml

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

Physalis cleaned from shaped case, rinse and pour over boiling water. Slice

Allow to cool, to carry out this procedure two more times, each time allowing the jam to cool completely. The third time after a 10-minute boil turn off the heat, add in the jam and the remaining 0.5 kg of sugar, stir until it dissolves, no longer boil!!!
