Hello my dear!!! Long time did not write, but to show that there is - today I come to you with amazing burgers, but not simple, and eggplant!!! Made them many times, because like everyone, without exception! Even my son ate with great pleasure. Now, if I had to choose between these and meat, I would no doubt chose these vegetable!!!

Cooking
The eggplant should be baked in a preheated 180 degree oven until tender, about 20-25 minutes.
Clean it from the skin, slice with a knife into a coarse puree. I got 140g mashed eggplant.
Onions clear, finely chop and fry until Golden brown in a frying pan.
Garlic clean. In a blender grind the nuts, garlic and parsley leaves.
Buckwheat grind in a coffee grinder into flour.
In a bowl, mix the aubergine, adlay and buckwheat flour. Mix well, season with salt and pepper. To form small patties.
Fry in heated butter in a frying pan until cooked. Serve with sour cream or any other favorite sauce!
