Cooking
The potatoes are clean! Potatoes (preferably small) boil until tender, cool, cut in half or if large, the chunks.
Radish and cucumber cut into slices.
Dill chopped smaller. In a frying pan in small amount of oil to fry the potatoes until Golden brown. In a large bowl mix all the prepared vegetables and pour the dressing while the potatoes are still warm for better absorption of sauce. For the filling in a separate bowl with a whisk mix all ingredients until smooth.
