Girls, I offer you this delicious dessert!!! The name I came up with, as it is very good - it's a real concert for the stomach and taste! The dough is very flexible, light, not sticky, rising fast. The filling - what you need, personally I'll add more toppings next time because we really liked it!!! The glaze also gives the taste of orange. All the ingredients are combined in this dessert!!!

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    4.5 tsp

  • Water

    0.75 cup

  • Milk

    1.75 cup

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Flour

    8 cup

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Orange juice

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

  • Glaze

  • Powdered sugar

    2 cup

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add milk, sugar, eggs, butter (melt) - beat with a mixer until smooth. Add 5 cups flour and beat until smooth.

2. Add the remaining flour to get a firm dough. Sprinkle the table with flour and work the dough until it becomes soft and elastic, about 6-8 minutes.

3. Put the dough in a clean bowl (grease the bowl with butter), flip the dough so it is covered with oil.

4. Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

5. Filling: connect the cottage cheese (I have cream cheese), sugar, orange juice and vanilla.

8. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll the dough into a rectangle (45 cm x 20 cm - approximately).
