Make this salad as a side dish to cevapcici, but as a separate dish it is very tasty. This salad the next day is even better.

Cooking
Chop the onion half rings and add the salt, sugar and pepper. Stir and pour in the vinegar and oil.
Bake the pepper. I bake about 30 minutes at 200*C remove skin and cut into stripes.
Peel the potatoes while it is hot, and coarsely chop. Garlic finely chop. Mix warm potatoes and garlic with other ingredients.
If you are not able to wait a day, let the salad stand at least several hours for the flavors mixed. Bon appetit!
