Salad with calamari and three types of onions
Our family have a weakness for salads with squid. Seem to have tried all combinations. And found not the usual taste of the salad with the original dressing. For lovers of vegetables and squid it can be a decoration of the Christmas table. In addition, this salad is not weighed down by calories and simple in execution.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Squid

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Shallots

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

Squid clean. I for aesthetics sliced cut "ears", but this is optional. Drop the squid into boiling water and cook for 1 minute, recline in a colander and allow to cool.

Red onion, cabbage and bell pepper wash, peel and cut into thin strips. Mix vegetables in a salad bowl.

Also cooled squid cut into thin strips and add to vegetables.

Prepare the dressing. Shallots (or onion) cut into small cubes.

In vegetable oil fry the shallots until transparent. Add the lemon juice.

Take sweet soy sauce "Kikkoman". If no, take the usual soy sauce "Kikkoman" and add 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Pour in the fried onion soy sauce, stir.

Add to the warm salad finished dressing, salt, ground pepper mix and chopped green onions. As needed add more vegetable oil.

Mix the salad and let it steep for a few minutes.

On a dry pan fry pine nuts.
