Warm salad of beets and beans
Already in all retail outlets sell fresh beets and really want to treat yourself to a meal "with her"! I suggest you make a wonderful warm salad that is served with meat or poultry.

Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Walnuts

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sugar

  • Black pepper

I use small white beans "Blanche" from TM "Mistral". Pre-boiled one package of beans by following the recommendations on the pack. Soaked for 4 h, and then boiled until tender about 1.5 hours In a boiled, it is perfectly stored in the refrigerator. Thus, it is convenient to use during the week for several meals!

Beets also need to cook in advance. Peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Cut onion into cubes and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until soft and Golden brown.
