I use small white beans "Blanche" from TM "Mistral". Pre-boiled one package of beans by following the recommendations on the pack. Soaked for 4 h, and then boiled until tender about 1.5 hours In a boiled, it is perfectly stored in the refrigerator. Thus, it is convenient to use during the week for several meals!
Beets also need to cook in advance. Peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Cut onion into cubes and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until soft and Golden brown.
Make a slow fire. Add to the onions - beets, beans, garlic (finely chopped). All mix well.
Then add sugar, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. All mix thoroughly and keep on low heat 1 min
Spread on a plate and sprinkle with toasted, chopped walnuts! Our warm salad is ready!
