Fish soup with celery
Wonderful soup. Easy, flavorful... of Course, salmon is a fish not for every day, but sometimes you can pamper yourself.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    500 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Green olives

  • Carrots

  • Potatoes

  • Greens

  • Bay leaf

To prepare the products. Wash vegetables and clean.

Salmon cut into fillets without skin.

The skin, bones and fins put in a saucepan, cover with cold water in an amount of slightly more than 2 years, add incised in several places the onion, pepper mixture, bring to a boil, remove foam and cook on low heat for 30-40 minutes. Drain.

Carrots cut into strips. Celery stalks washed, cleaned of veins and cut into slices thickness of 2-3 mm. Olives cut into rings (3 pieces each), potatoes in small pieces.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom heat a little vegetable oil and cook the carrots until soft. I have added some celeriac, which is also shredded into strips.

Add potatoes and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Pour hot broth, bring to a boil, add salt. Add celery, add fillets, cut into medium pieces, olives and cook over medium heat until tender.

Then add Bay leaf and herbs and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
