Green velvet soup
Fragrant, light, summer soup with a velvety, creamy texture. The most it during the hot summer days! Try to cook!

Ingredients

  • Rice flakes

    4 Tbsp

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Broccoli

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 l

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Zucchini and onions cut into dice. Broccoli disassemble on inflorescences.

In a saucepan melt the butter, add the vegetable. Fry until transparent onion.

Add zucchini and sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
