Description

Karidesli-mantarli guvec or julienne with shrimp and mushrooms
In Turkey there is (or I know) 4 types of Julianow you will find in the restaurant menu. They are called gyuvech: lamb, chicken, shrimp and vegetable. Most of all I love shrimp, and it's got my favourite mushrooms. I recently purchased the molds, and today I decided to cook a favorite dish. How do we - come and see, and maybe cook!
