Description
In Turkey there is (or I know) 4 types of Julianow you will find in the restaurant menu. They are called gyuvech: lamb, chicken, shrimp and vegetable. Most of all I love shrimp, and it's got my favourite mushrooms. I recently purchased the molds, and today I decided to cook a favorite dish. How do we - come and see, and maybe cook!

Cooking
Heat oil, put first the pepper, cut into strips small (I have green and red), fry 3 minutes; add to it together and the mushrooms and onions, stir, add salt to taste, pepper, add oregano, tomato paste and again mix.
Simmer all for 5 minutes under the lid, then add the shrimp (we cut each in half for the juiciness of the meat) and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add the cream, stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Sent in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes. Ready hotchpotch!
