Another option Lecho. The first time I had canned, it was very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    7 kg

  • Pepper

    4 kg

  • Carrots

    1.5 kg

  • Garlic

    200 g

  • Salt

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vinegar

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    300 ml

Cooking

Mix sugar, salt, vegetable oil and vinegar - warm up.

Saute this mixture carrot, grated into strips.
