Salad the rollmops
I offer very light and fresh salad the rollmops + the recipe for rollmops! Rollmops - dish North-German cuisine, widespread also in the kitchens of the peoples of the Baltic sea: Danes, Swedes, Latvians, Estonians, Finns. Role-pug (rollmops) — pickled herring, rolled up in rolls. The coils are held together by wooden sticks. Inside add a gherkin or onion.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Herring

    3 piece

  • Mustard

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    75 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    6 piece

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Water

    500 ml

Cooking

Apple and onion cut into small cubes

Celery cut into thin plates.

Parsley finely chopped.

To combine all in one bowl, add the nuts, zest and capers.

Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and curry powder. Tucked in salad dressing and mix well. The salad is ready and you can serve immediately to the table with ready-made rollmops.

For cooking from frozen rollmops herring will gather the spices and fish.

Coat fillets with mustard and place the cucumber on the wide edge of the fillet.

Turn fillet rolls and secure with toothpick.

Onions cut into rings and distribute it to rollmops. Prepare the marinade of water, salt, sugar and seasonings. Give writing a rolling boil for 3 minutes, turn off and add vinegar. Cool the marinade to lukewarm and pour them prepared rollmops with onions. Put into the fridge for 2 days. Two days later, rollmops ready to eat.
