I love to bake bread myself, but really don't like complicated recipes with lots of ingredients!) and when I saw this recipe, I was surprised and decided to try, and was pleasantly surprised! hope you like it)

Cooking
In a bowl, mix the flour (sift), yeast, salt, sugar.
A little heated milk, water and butter (the butter is very melted there).
Mix and knead the dough (it should be soft and elastic but not stick to hands). Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1-1,5 hours (I put in electrochoc and include a 30-40градусов, so the dough is better suited)
When the dough came, obtinem it and roll out into a rectangular formation.
Roll out again into a small rectangle (about 20-23cm in length).

With a sharp knife make a shallow cut along the entire loaf.
We spread our loaf on a baking sheet, on parchment paper, and again in a warm place for 20-30 minutes, so our loaf has risen, matured and grew. Then grease or egg yolk with cream or milk, or just cream, or how I just milk!)
And send our loaf in the preheated oven (180 degrees) for 30 minutes (the time depends on your oven!)
