Hungarian stews take pride of place in the world of cooking. A fragrant, nourishing bean stew with several kinds of meat, beans, smoked short ribs and traditional dumplings using impresses with its rich taste. It is perfect for a winter lunch. Bob stew is so hearty and rich in flavor that cooking the second dish in this day, just does not make sense. He alone will be enough to replace the first and the second. The bean goulash is no single recipe that every housewife prepares it in their own way. Someone takes a mixture of pork and beef, someone is cooking sausages, someone with the ribs. Initially it was prepared in a large cauldron liters 10-15, at the stake. And today my version of a bean stew for cooking at home.

To prepare bean stew use any white beans. I chose the beans "Black eye" from the Mistral. Soak it overnight in water and boil until soft (about 30 minutes)

Pork leg or piece of pork shank cover with cold water, add an onion in the husk, peeled carrot, a couple Bay leaves and a few peppercorns. Bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook for about 2 hours on low heat until pork leg will not fall apart.

Sieve the broth, vegetables and spices, remove, remove pork leg meat
