Friends, very honestly You just admit that the words "rolls" are always afraid of! Believe me, as a dish, I love them! But messing with them is not desire... It's my favorite wonderful recipe! It is just for us lazy, so could roll a roll! Loved by adults and children the gentle rolls of these! Just delicious! Help yourself! And happy stay!

Prepare the basis of a loaf of bread to soak in milk.
In minced meat (chicken or Turkey), add the eggs and soaked, slightly squeezed bread, season with salt and mix well. The meat we should not be liquid!
For the filling: boil the rice (a little salt).
Carrot RUB on a coarse grater and simmer in small amount of water until soft (a little salt).
Boil hard boiled eggs, cut into small cubes.
To the rice add the carrots with eggs.
Mix everything, check for salt.
Prepare approximately 8-9 pieces of foil measuring 20 x 20 cm Thin layer with your hands distribute the stuffing on the foil. Try minced meat to give a smooth square or rectangular shape (hands better to moisten with water). The foil should remain loose territory on all sides.
Now put the stuffing on top of chicken stuffing and a piece of butter for juiciness.
Join the edges of the loaf with foil to tighten the roll (I always left hand slightly press a little stuffing and help the meat to curl up) it's very simple! The stuffing is wonderful departs from the foil and rolled in a roll.

Lay the rolls on a baking sheet and place in oven for 30-40 minutes at 180-200 gr.
Serve with sour cream and with your favourite side dish (potatoes, rice, etc..)
