Chicken with buckwheat in Boyarsky
Incredibly delicious casserole turned out! A minimum of effort, and the dish turns out - "yum"! And like usual buckwheat with chicken, but tasty and unusual.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    4 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Buckwheat

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Parsley

    3 sprig

Cooking

Breast, cut into steaks and beat.

Buckwheat boil until tender. I used buckwheat TM Mistral.

Onions, carrots, and chanterelles fried in butter

Pour to sauce and vegetables in the cream, add the buckwheat, add salt and season with black pepper - stuffing for chicken breast ready.

Captured chicken spread 2-3 tbsp of buckwheat with mushrooms, wrapped in a dense loaf.

Pour the remnants of the filling and put in a preheated 150 degree oven for 35 minutes. When ready to light the grill and sear the dish until a light brown.
