Stir and set aside. Meanwhile, the onion peeled and cut into thin quarter rings. Cucumbers cut into strips. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. Garlic finely chop.
step-4
Peel the potatoes and cut into very thin slices like chips, slightly prisolit, sprinkle with Provencal herbs and stir.

step-6
And smear a thin layer of mayonnaise mixed with sour cream.

step-9
Distribute the cucumbers, then the remaining onions.
step-10
Brush with remaining mayonnaise,
step-11
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
step-12
Put the pan in the oven and bake for 40 minutes at 220*With to grabbed the cheese, then reduce the temperature to 170*C and bake for another 40 minutes. If the cheese is already quite flushed, cover the pan with foil and continue baking until the potatoes are done. Raw potatoes are baked until tender for a very long time, my dish was baked a total of 1.5 hours, but still the potatoes were a little "al-Denta". To speed up the process, you can pre-boil the potatoes until soft.
