Easy option. Easy to create and delicious salad with an abundance of cucumbers (and not only). The baseline for 1 kg of cucumbers (turns 1,5 (1,6) litres) you can easily increase the volume.

Cooking
The cucumbers soak for 2 hours. Wash, cut into slices. Peel the onion cut into half rings. Peel the carrot, cut into strips, bell Peppers, remove seeds and stems. Bell pepper cut into strips, chili pepper cut into rings. Garlic peel and cut into slices. Vegetables placed in a container (pot), add the spices, stir, cover and leave for 1 hour. Add the vinegar and oil, mix well, cover and leave for 2 hours.
The vegetables were soggy. To shift into sterilized jars. evenly distributing the juice to cover the vegetables. (if juice is not enough add the boiled water - never added)
To sterilize jars with a capacity of 0.5 liters - 10 minutes (very convenient in the microwave (I have different banks 0,5-0,4-0,35))
Close sterilized lids. Flip, wrap until cool.
