Roll out dough with poppy
In our family, I love cheese, and pastries from it I just love. And poppy-raisin stuffing goes perfectly with the dough.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Cheese

    125 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Milk

    75 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    75 ml

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Mac

    100 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Filling: Boil the poppy seeds on low heat for 20 minutes in milk (until absorbed milk)

Let the Mac cool down, mix with sugar and raisins (washed and drained)

Dough: Flour mixed with slaked soda, sugar and salt.

Pour in the milk, oil. Mix well.

Add the cheese and stir again

Knead the dough and leave for 15 minutes, covered with a towel.

Roll the dough into a rectangular layer thickness of 1 cm Put the stuffing.

Rolled into a roll. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with beaten egg. Bake in a preheated 190S the oven for about 45 minutes. Cool and cut.
