Salad
Be sure to try this vegetable, very tasty, also very useful salad! And spicy spravochku, sesame and kiwi make this salad extremely delicious! (Still, I'll tell you a secret, this salad is a very useful application of fresh zucchini)

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Zucchini

    150 g

  • Onion

  • Kiwi

  • Sesame oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

Carrots grate on a coarse grater, shred cabbage, finely chop the onion, zucchini cut into half rings, kiwi cut into strips.

I had courgettes, but you can take a large, "legacy", then they need to peel and seeds and cut into thin slices.

For dressing mix sesame oil (can be olive or plain vegetable), soy sauce, Apple cider vinegar, salt, sugar and black pepper.

Pour the sauce into the vegetables and mix well. Put the salad for 15-20 minutes in the fridge to marinate.
