Lentil-tomato soup
Spicy soup with tomato flavor

Ingredients

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Cherry tomatoes

    7 piece

  • Tomato

    100 ml

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spinach

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Beef pour 3 liters of water, bring to boil, remove the foam, cook for 1.5 hours.

Onions finely chop, carrots to RUB on a large grater, cherry tomatoes cut into halves.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

To the onions add the carrots and pressed garlic, simmer on low heat until the carrots are soft.

Spinach, without unfreezing, fry until it boils away all the moisture. Cool, finely chop.

Strain the broth. Put the lentils, bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.

To the soup add grated tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, onions, carrots and spinach. Season with salt and pepper, cook for another 10 minutes.
