Baked saute
Tried such Goodies from mom and don't want to deal with frying the vegetables for the sauté. In this way they did not concede, and even surpass the taste. And costs much less!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Onion

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Carrots

Cooking

Little blue cut slices, salt and leave for 20 minutes.

Rinse, spread on a baking sheet.

Top - onion rings.

The carrot on a coarse grater.

Pepper rings in 1 cm slices of tomatoes. Add few salt and sbryznut oil.

12 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and 18 minutes at 200 degrees. It's just great!
