A delicious and beautiful appetizer for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Milk

  • Minced meat

    4 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Cheese

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Greens

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Make squash pancakes:grate the potatoes on a fine grater.

Add grated on a fine grater young zucchini(with peel).

Season with salt and pepper,add the chopped garlic(2 tooth.),2 eggs,flour,1st.l.vegetable oil and mix well.Pouring a little milk(100ml.),to bring the mass to the consistency of dough for pancakes.

Bake in a pan(20cm.)oiled 7 pancakes,cool.

Do cold pancake,it will be the same:in the finished(salted,peppered)beef add the egg,pan.crackers,3st.l.milk and mix well.

Bake in a pan greased with butter 1 pancake,cool.

Make filling:grate on a fine grater 3 types of cheese.

Add the chopped garlic(2 tooth.),chopped greens onions,parsley and dill and mix well with mayonnaise.

Collect the cake:put the squash pancake.

Grease filling and so 4 squash pancake.

Then put the meat pancake.

Grease filling.

And the rest of the squash pancakes.

Coat the cake with the remaining filling on all sides.

Decorate as desired.Cover the cake with cling film and chill for 3 hours.
