Cooking
On a coarse grater grate the cleaned raw potato. Diced sausage (I take Vienna) or the sausage and onions. On a coarse grater to grate cheese (less fat content, the better to RUB). Mix all together and drive a raw egg, add salt and pepper. Mix everything carefully.
