Cooking
The raisins soak in hot water for a few minutes. Wash, dry on a napkin.
Form (8х26 cm) vystelit baking paper, leaving a droop of 2 cm on each long side. Half milk chocolate (100 g) melt in the microwave on full power. It will take 1-2 minutes. Stir after every 30 seconds. Add 1 tsp vegetable oil, stir until smooth.
Pour chocolate and spread evenly over bottom of prepared form. Take 20 minutes in the refrigerator to freeze.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan over low heat combine the zest and juice of orange, dark chocolate, cream and raisins.
Heat, stirring, for 3-4 minutes until the chocolate melts. Leave for 10 minutes, the mass is cooled down. Then pour it over milk chocolate. Refrigerate for 1 hour for the filling to set.
The remaining milk chocolate melt in the microwave in the same way as the first 100 g. Add 1 tsp of vegetable oil.
Pour in the filling, smooth. Send in the fridge for 3 hours.
The dessert is ready, remove from the refrigerator and leave at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. Then cut into 18 strips and serve. Bon appetit!
