Well, pristupni??? Bacon cut into cubes and grind in a blender (processor, grinder).
From the resulting mass to form butcher a rectangle with a thickness of 1 cm put the billet in the freezer until fully grasp.
Chocolate break into small pieces, add spices and oil. Melt in the microwave or on a steam bath.
In ice tray pour melted chocolate on 1/2.
Frozen bacon cut into squares of 0,7x0,7.
Lay the cubes of fat into molds.
