Chocolate cake without flour
Very delicious cake, for lovers of nuts and chocolate. It is more than enough. To me the consistency reminded cake "Potatoes" made out of nuts.

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    200 g

  • Walnuts

    150 g

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

Almond grind in a blender or food processor.

In the middle of the grinding add the walnuts. Almost all grind into powder.

Butter room temperature RUB with sugar (0.5 cups).

The eggs separate the yolks from the whites. Add yolks to the mass. Rubs.

Grate on a fine grater chocolate. A quarter of the bar I broke large pieces.

And add the nuts.

Separately whisk the whites in a stable foam. I add a pinch of salt.

Added to the batter. Stir gently.

The dough spread in the form greased with butter (I have a detachable 26 cm in diameter). Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven until tender (40 minutes).

For glaze, mix all the products (sugar, butter, milk and cocoa), cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until bubbles.

Cover the cake with warm glaze.
