Ingredients

  • Spinach

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Green beans

    200 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Corn

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Fry chopped onion and carrots. Add the spinach and a bit put out.

In boiling water (1.2 litres) to boil green beans, pre-cut into it. Add sauteed vegetables and canned corn. Season with salt to taste, bring to a boil.

Portions pour into a blender and grind until smooth. Add the cream, bring to boil and serve.
