Soup-puree of cauliflower
Very tasty and easy soup. With a delicate mustard, cheese and crackers. Preparing easier! (got it from Eat at Home)

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    400 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Crackers

Finely chop the onion and garlic.
