Cooking
The first thing we will prepare our cabbage. It must be cut into squares and send in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes. Then discard in a colander to drain the water and cool slightly.
Now take the mince, add boiled until soft rice, makarasana onions, cold cabbage.

Entered 1 tbsp flour and mix well. Simmer 3 minutes of our sauce.
Cover the sauce over the cabbage rolls and bake it in the oven with temperature of 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes. I cooked in multivarka on mode, the CONTROL temperature of 170 degrees 20 minutes.
