Lazy cabbage rolls
There are lots of options of making lazy cabbage rolls, but I hope that my version of this popular dish will find its fans!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    350 g

The first thing we will prepare our cabbage. It must be cut into squares and send in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes. Then discard in a colander to drain the water and cool slightly.

Prepare the sauce: cut the onion and diced peppers, carrots three on a coarse grater.

Pripuskaet vegetables in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. It will take about 5 minutes. Add sour cream and 150 grams of water. Stir.

Entered 1 tbsp flour and mix well. Simmer 3 minutes of our sauce.
