This salad (and under this name) is prepared in cooking one of the supermarkets of our city. Very tasty, but not cheap. And he loves my husband. That will not do for a man... and to calculate the recipe was not too difficult. Bright, juicy, fairly original salad. Try it!

Cooking
Shrimp are defrosted, dry with paper towels and sprinkle with a teaspoon of lemon juice (for salad I take boiled and peeled shrimp)
Apples are also cut into strips and immediately drizzle with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Apples better to take sour varieties.
Pineapples (I have washers,6 pieces) to blot with a paper towel (excess water we don't need) and cut into cubes.
In a Cup mix the yogurt (or low fat sour cream), lemon juice, mustard, Tabasco sauce (or any hot sauce). A little salt and pepper.
All the ingredients are put in a deep bowl, mix gently and fill the sauce-dressing.
