Coffee and honey manna with cinnamon
I offer you simple to prepare, but incredibly gentle, a little bit very fragrant manna. Cooked very quickly. Handle even a beginner cook. And yet it has no eggs, no yogurt, it is suitable for fasting. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Coffee natural

    1 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla

    0.5 pack

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

Cooking

Sugar mix with semolina, add the vegetable oil, honey and hot coffee. Mix well, cover with film and put for 30 minutes aside.

Sift flour, add baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

In liquid ingredients 2-3 reception add dry mixture and knead the dough well (to avoid lumps).

Cake pan (Ø 24 cm) grease with vegetable oil and pour the batter.

Manna bake in a preheated 180°C oven 40 minutes Readiness check with a wooden splinter (if dry, the manna is ready). Be guided by your oven! Leave manna in the form for 15 minutes.

Take out the manna from the mold, allow to cool completely and sprinkle with (optional) powdered sugar.
