If you love to bake bread, try instead of a loaf or round loaf to bake such bread "tiles" - especially when you expect guests.

Cooking
Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, sugar and mix with flour. Add dry yeast and stir. Pour into a bowl of water, olive oil and knead homogeneous dough. Put in a warm place for an hour and a half to doubled in volume.
Punch down the risen dough and leave to rise.
The finished dough roll out with a rolling pin into the reservoir, the size of a baking sheet (40 x 45 cm).
Cover with a towel and leave to rise for another 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds, sesame seeds.
Using a sharp knife, cut the dough into squares about 10 x 10 cm
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 190 degrees.
Remove from the oven, separate "tiles" from each other – and serve!
