Yesterday I baked a very tasty and tender cake. It combines my favorite apples and cottage cheese. Try indescribably delicious!

Cooking
First prepare the dough. Egg whisk with sugar until white and fluffy.
In a bowl place the butter and cream and melt all in the microwave.
Add to whipped the egg, melted butter and cream and flour. Mix well. Knead elastic dough, roll it into a ball and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. If necessary, add more flour.
Prepare the filling. Apples peel and core, cut into thin slices, mix with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and sugar.
Separate yolks from whites of eggs. Beat the yolks with the sugar, cottage cheese, sour cream, starch and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Add vanilla. Separately vzbit proteins in the foam. Mix the yolk and protein mass.
Roll the dough and put into a form. To make the bumpers. Part of the apples to place on the dough.
Put the cream cheese and remaining apples. The apples lay on top of foam only slightly protopic.
Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Before removing from the mold to cool. Cottage cheese-Apple pie is ready. Bon appetit!
