Ingredients

  • Minced meat

  • Onion

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tomato

    400 ml

  • Beans

    800 g

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Broth

  • Coriander

  • Cumin

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chili

Paprika, onion cut into cubes. Garlic grind.

Onions fry in vegetable oil until transparent. Add the chopped garlic. Coriander and cumin (Jeera) grind in a mortar and other spices. Add to the onions. Fry for 1 min.

Spread on a pan stuffing. Add salt and fry, crushing the lumps. Simmer 5 min.

Spread the tomatoes to the mince. Sprinkle with salt, if needed. Simmer 5 min.

Add cooked beans, corn and diced sweet pepper. Simmer 5 min.

To the mixture of vegetables, add the meat. All mix well.

Pour in the broth. Someone thinner, more broth. Someone thicker, some less. Add salt to taste. Remove from the heat. Give the infusion 10 min.
