Cream of tomato soup with peppers and croutons
Delicious, easy, flavorful soup. It can be a great lunch if you like that kind of soup. Simple to prepare. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    8 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

    2 sprig

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Black pepper

  • Baguette

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    30 g

Tomatoes, peppers, onions cut into big pieces. Garlic broken down into cloves, remove only the top of the husk, and the rest to leave. All lay on a baking sheet.

Mix the Kikkoman sauce with vegetable oil until smooth.

To coat the tomatoes, peppers and onions. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven and cook until the vegetables are soft. In about 30 minutes.

Pour into a saucepan and put on fire. Bring to a boil. Pepper. To try and bring to taste (add salt, sugar, pepper).

The baguette cut. Cheese to RUB. Spread cheese on slices of baguette and put in a preheated 200 degree oven Bake for 5-10 minutes. Wait until the cheese is melted. Pour the soup and serve with croutons.
