Tart with red currants
In the summer I do not really want to mess around in the kitchen... Offer a summer tart with red currants. Quick and tasty!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Mascarpone

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    40 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Red currants

    200 g

Cooking

Mix all ingredients for dough.

Quickly knead the dough. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

In prepared pan 26cm. spread the dough. Moulded high sides. The dough is often pierced with a fork. Bake in preheated oven at 180 for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, mascarpone, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs.

Hot body spread half of the prepared berries.

Pour berry filling.

On top lay the second half of the berries. Oven temperature to reduce to 150g. Bake tart for 45 minutes.
