Ribs wash and cut into slices centimeters 12-13.
In a deep glass or ceramic bowl to prepare the marinade: pour the 7 tablespoons of soy sauce, add the squeezed garlic, salt, spices, and finely broken Bay leaf. Mix well to dissolve the salt.

In principle, the brisket is finally ready and you can eat. Usually my husband does not wait for the end of cooking this dish and eats up a good chunk of salty bacon.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Open the package, lay the breast skin down, pour the top two tablespoons of soy sauce and again it is good enough. Put the package in a small form or pan and pierce in several places with a toothpick in the top of the package and put it in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour. After an hour take out the brisket from the oven, cut the top of the package and pushed it to the side. Put back in oven and cook another 15-20 minutes.
The finished brisket is cool, slice and serve! Unusually tasty!
