Description

Pear salad with French blue cheese
French cheese Lances d\'Ambert (Fourme d\'Ambert) is one of the most delicate cheeses with blue mold. French chefs have tried to combine this cheese with pear and had a wonderful combination, delicious, with a delicate taste. Although, it is quite possible the substitution of cheese for any other blue. And the salad turns out very bright and even beautiful! Excuse my freedom, but I could not resist to the saleswoman "Bar at the Folies-bergère" offered it to You. This is my favorite picture from the genius of Edouard Manet. Moreover, there is a reason: competition, "One day in France."
