Cooking
A bar of chocolate (115 grams) and 100 grams of butter to melt in a water bath. The rest of the chocolate to grate on a fine grater and put into the refrigerator.
Beat the eggs with sugar. Beat 5 min.
Mix the resulting mass. Then pour in the brandy and mix thoroughly. Ground almonds and flour mix and enter into the chocolate-egg mixture.
Form of grease with butter, sprinkle with grated chocolate. I have the muffin cups (tip: use better portioned, single shape - it's easier to work in this recipe).
At the bottom of the form put 1 tbsp of dough, then top the candy

Bake for 12!!! minutes longer at 200*C on the middle shelf of the oven. The top should be slightly sticky - not terrible - still turn over. Wait 5-7 minutes, turn over on the plate very carefully. Sprinkle with icing sugar, decorate as desired.
