  • Flour

  • Almonds

    35 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • Sugar

    4.5 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    2 tsp

  • Butter

    130 g

A bar of chocolate (115 grams) and 100 grams of butter to melt in a water bath. The rest of the chocolate to grate on a fine grater and put into the refrigerator.

Beat the eggs with sugar. Beat 5 min.

Mix the resulting mass. Then pour in the brandy and mix thoroughly. Ground almonds and flour mix and enter into the chocolate-egg mixture.
