Cooking
To prepare products for the recipe.
Cook the syrup (to combine the sugar and water), cooling. Pour in the cognac.
Gelatin pour cold water for 30-40 minutes.
Put in a split mold (I had silicone) sponge cake, soak it with the syrup and spread the strawberry, leave a little for decoration.
Swollen gelatin to dissolve in a water bath, a little cool. Pour cream into the gelatin, add sugar, chill and whip. . This mass pour the strawberries and put the cake in the fridge for 1 hour.
Before serving take the cake out of the form and place the strawberries.
