Chocolate break into pieces and melt convenient way for you. I melted in the microwave.

The gelatin mixture beat with a mixer for 1 minute.
In gelatin mixture add peach and beat well, about 5 — 6 minutes.
Spread mousse into prepared chocolate workpiece. On 40 minutes to send in the refrigerator. Then cover with the remaining chocolate (if the chocolate during this time solidified, melt it again in the microwave or in a water bath). Candy put in the refrigerator.
