Description

Creole chocolate
Simple but very delicious recipe of hot chocolate!

Ingredients

  • Water

    0.5 l

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

In a bowl, mix sugar, cocoa powder and starch.

Add the egg.

Pour into the mixture 3 tbsp milk and 3 tbsp water. Stir.

In a separate pan, mix 0.5 l water and 0.5 l of milk, put on fire, heated but do not boil.

Pour in the milk+water to our chocolate mixture in a thin stream, stirring constantly.

Cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Add the cinnamon and nuts (I had almonds) and serve.
