Description
Madeleine (FR. Madeleine) is a French sponge cookies small in size, usually in the form of scallops. There are different recipes of this cookie - salmon and dill, with garlic and ginger, with mushrooms, with cheese and herbs, berries, nuts, chocolate, you name it. Offer to cook biscuits with green peas, bacon and Parmesan cheese.

Cooking
Peas Oregon washed, pour water in the ratio 1:2, bring to a boil, lower the fire and cook approximately 35 minutes under the lid. For cookies you will need 100 grams of prepared peas. Give peas to cool.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, olive oil.
Add in a bowl the flour sifted with the baking powder, mix.
Add the melted butter, the grated Parmesan, mustard, salt, ground black pepper, mix the ingredients and put the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Bacon cut into small cubes.
The dough, add the cooled bacon and peas, mix.
Form to Madeline grease with vegetable oil, fill with a teaspoon of dough.
Bake cookies in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 12-15 minutes. I got 16 pieces of cookies. Bon appétit!
